Phone in orders
Placing an order through our shopping cart is as secure as ordering by phone, but we realize that sometimes you may have questions and want to speak to a real person. If no one is available to assist you or if it is after hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as possible.

Gift wrapping
Gift wrap is available for most of our items. Signature busy b wrapping paper is adorned with a tulle bow creating an adorable presentation that is as special as the gift itself. The charge is $3.00 for each order. If you wish for each item to be wrapped separately, please select the corresponding number of gift wrap options.

Delivery times
We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Items that we have in stock ship in three to five business days. It is important to note that these are estimated shipping dates only and can not be guaranteed by the busy b. Occasionally, issues arise that are beyond our control that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that any problem exists. If you need expedited shipping please contact us directly.

Backorders
Every so often customer demand exceeds our supply. If after placing your order an item is backordered we will contact you by email to let you know the expected date of delivery. If you do not want to wait until the due date, you may cancel the order and your card will not be charged.

Payment Options
Forms of payment accepted We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover. Your credit card is charged as soon as your order is processed. Sales tax We charge 6.75% sales tax to orders shipped to Texas.

Exchange Policies
If you would like to exchange an item please contact us by email or phone. Have your order number handy and please let us know the reason for the exchange.

 
 Standard Shipping and Handling
All items that are in-stock ship within three to five business days and will arrive within seven to ten business days. All order or send USPS Priority Mail. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items that are on backorder may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Please refer to the product pages for estimated delivery time for special items.

Please refer to the chart below to calculate shipping costs. Some items require an additional shipping charge due to excess weight or special packaging requirements. If there is an additional shipping charge for an item it will be noted on the product page. Please add this amount to the standard shipping cost listed below. In Store Order Pick Up
You also have the option to choose in store order pick up. Orders must be picked up within 5 days, unless other arrangements are previously made by phone. All orders not picked up within 5 days, may be subject to an additional handling fee. If you are unable to pick up your order within 5 days, please contact us directly at (979)249-5132 to make pick up arrangements.

Overnight Delivery/Saturday Delivery If you require either overnight or Saturday delivery for your order, please contact us directly at (979) 249-5132 or by email at info@thebusyb.com. We can verify if the items or items are all available for overnight or Saturday delivery as well as quote shipping prices for the order.

Additional shipping charges
Some of our items require additional charges to ensure they arrive at your home in safe and sound condition. Any additional shipping charge above our standard shipping cost is noted on the product page.

Order status
To check on your order status, you must first sign in to your personal account using your email address and password. Once you are logged in simply click on View Order Status and History to see a listing of all orders that you have placed. Click either the View button to see order details.

International shipping
At this time we do not offer international shipping. If you are interested in delivery to any of these locations please contact us for more information.

Delivery to Post Office boxes/APO and FPO addresses Our deliveries are sent by USPS Priority Mail. Post Office box delivery is available. Orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses will ship via Parcel Post. We value your privacy The busy b is committed not only to bringing you the finest products, but also to keeping your personal and confidential information just that – personal and confidential. No personal information is required for you to browse our web site, only when you place an order. We use the information you provide to process and ship orders and contact you if necessary. You may choose to sign up for our mailing list, but rest assured that we will never share or sell your information with any third parties.

Make your online shopping faster and easier by registering at the busy b. Your billing and shipping information is securely stored with us so you won’t need to enter it every time you place an order. You will also be able to login to your account to check the status of your orders and your order history, as well as create a gift registry that you can pass on to friends and family. Your registered information will be securely stored with us, and you can add, delete, or change your registered information at any time using your password.
Opt out procedures
We send promotional emails to you only if you have asked to receive them. Each time you receive an e-mail from us, you will be given the opportunity to "opt-out" or stop receiving them. Simply reply to the message with “REMOVE” in the Subject Line or contact us by telephone to remove your name from our mailing list.
